The catering industry is setting off a wave of plant meat.

From international chain brands such as Starbucks, McDonald's, and KFC, to new domestic tea brands such as Heytea and Naixue’s tea, they have launched plant-based meat products in the past two years. According to research by inMarket inSights, a data research organization, the same-store passenger flow of Burger King’s listed plant-meat burger stores increased by 16.75%, and these stores exceeded 18.5% of those that did not sell plant-based burgers.
