Coco is a serial entrepreneur. She transitioned from the IT industry to the health industry in 2013. She is a senior nutritionist and baking expert in the plant-based healing field. She holds a master's degree in Integrated Marketing from the University of Hong Kong.
As mother of two children, Coco has been eating purely plant-based food for 8 years. She practices an environmentally-friendly and healthy lifestyle and has built her own plant-based baked goods factory called the Zero Limit Food Research Institute, whose products cater to children with egg and milk allergies, lactose intolerance and others, in particular.
